Discover AART, Strasbourg’s architectural nugget at the heart of the new Archipel district. NEOH is proud to have been chosen by a consortium of 8 regional developers to create the presentation site for one of the most ambitious real estate projects in the Strasbourg region.
Project description:
AART is a complex of 4 buildings located in the Wacken business district in Strasbourg. With its 141 homes and office space, this sober, contemporary and generous architectural creation reinvents the art of living in Strasbourg. The emphasis is on the well-being associated with living at height, offering a unique urban living experience.
Regional partnership:
Eight regional developers have joined forces to bring AART to life and respond to competitions such as ARCHIPEL 2. This collaboration reflects a pooling of strengths, while respecting the values specific to each of the developers. It was in this context that NEOH was selected to create the presentation website for this emblematic project.
Launch and outlook:
Launched in March 2023, AART plans to welcome its first occupants in 2026. The project offers an innovative vision of urban living, integrating modern, functional living spaces in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
