Discover Les Balcons de Riquewihr, two 5-star gîtes nestling in the heart of the picturesque town of Riquewihr, one of the jewels of Alsace’s historic heritage. In 2014, NEOH created the first version of the website presenting these gîtes, offering visitors the chance to book online. In 2024, our client renewed its trust in us for a complete overhaul of the site.
New booking system:
To meet our client’s evolving needs, we implemented a brand new booking system available in 3 languages: French, English and German. This system now allows visitors to pay a deposit online at the time of booking and offers a host of first-class features.
Autonomous management:
Thanks to this system, our customer can autonomously manage the booking calendars of his gîtes, easily adjusting his rates according to the seasons and special events such as Christmas Markets. They can also create promotional codes, propose special offers and integrate additional services.
Improved design and ergonomics:
In addition to the advanced booking functions, NEOH has completely rethought the design, ergonomics and content of the site. We ensured that the user experience was intuitive and enjoyable, helping to convert visitors into customers.
Training and support:
We also provided in-depth training for our client on how the new back office works, and supplied a comprehensive 20-page tutorial to ensure they could use the booking system independently.
